| November 2009 | Application form and guidelines available from website. |
| December 2009 | Mailing to universities. |
| By 5pm 9 February 2010 | Closing date – applications should be posted to the Foundation to arrive by Tuesday 9 February 2010. We do not accept email or fax applications. |
| By 5pm 10 March 2010 | We will acknowledge receipt of the application by email to the supervisor. |
| By 5pm on 7 May 2010 | We will email supervisors with the outcome of their application.† |
†Some supervisors may receive the result earlier than others. Our decisions depend on Peer Review decisions and Trustees’ approval and these do not all occur at the same time.
Supervisors should keep their student informed of the progress of their application.
